Bespoke program example: A team of production managers for one business participated in a series of process improvement workshops built around their reworks data. We explored root causes of the issues they faced and helped leaders work together and with their teams to develop and implement action plans to address the issues they identified. Not only was an improvement seen in rework data, but also in team morale and engagement.
Accredited pathway example: A team of leaders participated in a 12 month program. These leaders came from a range of roles, from production, finance, human resources, customer service and logistics and attended weekly lessons and tutorials in their workplace to complete a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
